Shipping policy
We ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air. USPS is used to ship orders to P.O. Boxes only.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. Please refer to FedEx time in transit information for each shipping option.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe guarantee against manufacturers’ defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products if damage send us a photo of the item and we will replace the damage item except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Buyers pay for the return of Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
