Shipping policy

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on ALL items! All orders include tracking information.

We do our utmost to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, with most orders being processed within 2-5 days. Shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

Lost/Stolen Package:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we handle any exceptional delays or even losses during transit and offer free reshipment or a refund.

If the order does not reach its destination and is delayed at a local post office, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier before receiving a reshipment/refund.

If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.

Return policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of signing for delivery if the item is defective, damaged, you receive the wrong item or missing items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be responsible for return costs about non-quality issue return request.
