Shipping policy
We ship quickly and by best method that suits the product for safety and savings. We’ve sold online for over 20 years and have had very few issues with damaged product in that time – and then, only from excessive / abusive handling by shipping company.
Return policy
We do accept returns for items that are NOT AS SHOWN or DESCRIBED. We often list exact measurements along with sizing on clothing as sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you are unsatisfied with something you receive from us – please contact us prior to attempting to return – as we must authorize return and need to be aware that a package is coming back. We will work to make things right – but we strive to make it so you don’t have to return by providing you with a purchase experience similar to being able to pick the item up and look at it in your hands as if you were shopping in person!
