Beause your items are hand made please allow our product team 2-5 days to prepare your item.

Once your item has been shipped we will send you a tracking number.

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any issues and find the best solution for you.

Important Note: Since your order is custom printed just for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume responsibility for choosing the right style and size. To assist you in selecting the perfect fit, we’ve provided a size chart on each product page—just click on the “Product Details” link to find your best size!

Order Modifications or Cancellations Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team to request any modifications or cancellations. After 24 hours, your order enters production, and we can no longer accommodate changes.

Please note that if your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to process cancellations or modifications, even if the request is made within the 24-hour window after the order was placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Order At Vibenation, we do everything we can to ensure top-quality products and accurate orders. However, if you happen to receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or poor-quality print (though this is rare!), we guarantee 100% satisfaction. We will offer either a free replacement or a refund for the affected items.

Simply send us your order number along with a clear photo of the issue (e.g., damaged area, incorrect item, or print quality). Our team will promptly assist you with a reprint or refund.

Order Not Received If your item hasn’t arrived within 30 days for shirts or 45 days for shoes, boots, home decor products, hooded blankets, car seat covers, luggage covers, or bags, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page for help.

Returns Since each product is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement. To initiate this process, please provide a photo of the issue and include your order number.

For Returns and Replacements, Please Ensure:

The product was received within the last 30 days.
The product is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
The issue pertains to a defect or the product differs from what was originally ordered.
