Shipping policy
2 yard orders of ribbon will be folded and shipped via USPS as a letter, unless buyer requests shipping upgrade, in which case the ribbon will be rolled and shipped as a package.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsBuyer must return item within 7 days of delivered date. Shipping costs and fees are not refunded. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Item must be returned in same condition as it was received. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is an error on my part with regard to the order.
