Shipping policy
We do our utmost to carefully package our items with cushion and reinforced 250# Cardboard crush resistant boxes, but sometimes nothing can prevent the USPS gorillas from damaging your items. That’s why we ship insured to protect your items against damage. Simply contact us, and we’ll gather the necessary information to file a claim for you. This usually included photos of the damaged, the shipping box, packing material, and label. We submit these items to the insurance company, and once they approve the claim, we’ll refund your money so that you don’t have to wait! :)Return policy

When applicable, item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. If an item arrives broken, we will gather the necessary information and file an insurance claim against the shipping company.
Simply contact us and let us know that there is a problem, and we’ll take care of everything.
For insurance claims, they usually require photos of the package, the packing materials, the broken item, and sometimes additional photos as required. A refund, repair, or exchange can be applied, whatever you choose.
Please remember, we do everything we can to ensure a safe arrival, but we recognize problems beyond our control.
A 25% restocking fee may apply under certain circumstances, but not typically.
