Booth overview
Vintage items tell stories. We all have them from growing up as a child. It could be and old toy you use to play with, or some kitchen items you seen your mom use, could be old school supplies or equipment that you used, or maybe some tool your father used or just an every day item. They all have memories of the past. That’s why I love vintage.
Nothing is set in stone. We are willing to negotiate to find a good offer between Bellacreek booth and the buyer.

Processing times/Shipping times
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping and shipping it out in the United States is 1 business day.
We take great care to package all items securely for shipping, A refund will be given only if the item is damaged on arrival due to not being packaged correctly, buyer must provide pictures as proof and return the product. Once received money will be refunded.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and Import Tax:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysI offer full refunds on products damage on delivery, For a full refund I will need to see pictures of the damaged item. Once I see the damages I will issue a refund.
Return shipping is the buyers responsibility within 30 days. If you are not completly satisfied with your purchase after receiving. Please send the item back in the orginal packaging. Once received and item inspected, I will issue a full refund. Not including return shipping cost.
If the item is returned damaged in any way I will only offer a partial refund depending on the damage of the item.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, As long as you notify us before we have processed your item for shipping, Once an orders shipping label has been printed, it is considered finalized and your order will be shipped to you as purchased
How Can I Avoid NOT Getting My Order?
After you have completed your payment, PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK the SHIPPING ADDRESS before clicking the submit button to ensure the address is correct on both Bonanza and PayPal. We cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the incorrect Shipping Address.
Do I Have to Pay Separate Shipping if I Place More Than One Order?
No. I will be happy to combine Shipping Costs if you place multiple orders.
What if I’m Not Completely Satisfied?
Your complete satisfaction is my goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your item (s) is not a high rating, please contact me and let me know before leaving feedback so I may attempt to remedy any problems or answer questions.
Does Bellacreek Ever Offer Refunds?
Please read item descriptions carefully before making a purchase. I work very hard to make certain items are shipped as described & photographed. However I am not an expert on the items I sell, so please ask questions prior to purchase. I’ll do my best to answer them. If an item is received and you feel it is not as described contact me to find an acceptable resolution to the problem. If determined that a refund is in order, ship the items back with tracking and a refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges) Returned items must be received in their original condition (including packaging, box and materials)

Why Aren’t Items Always in Perfect Condition?
Since most of the items I sell are Vintage items they are over 20 years old and have been previously loved and used by someone else and will generally not be in perfect or “mint” condition. This is why the Vintage items are sold “as is”.
What About INSURANCE or Missing Packages?
I cannot be responsible for the post office losing, damaging, or misplacing your package. I will try my best to help you track it down, but I cannot replace items or issue refunds for missing packages.
Insurance is available upon request for a small fee. Please let me know in advance if you would like your purchase shipped with insurance and I will be happy to do so. In case of items damaged during shipping if insurance was purchased the buyer is responsible for filing any insurance claims with the insurance company. I will assist in any way I can to help with the claim but the buyer must file the claim.How Long Does it Take to Ship an Order?
Most items will be shipped out within 1 business day – rushing an order may be an option but please inquire if this is needed BEFORE making a purchase.
