Miscellaneous details

We prefer Paypal payments but will also except money orders. With money orders items will be shipped after receipt of money order. We would like to have payment for items you have purchased within one week from time of purchase. Money orders we understand may take longer and that’s okay. Unverified addresses through Paypal will be shipped but we will not be responsible if anything should happen to it.Your purchase will be carefully packaged and shipped within three business days to the address that you have listed with Etsy. Once shipped we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages. If you would like insurance on your package please email or convo us before you pay and we will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.We will allow refunds if our customer is not satisfied with their purchase. We want all of our customers to be happy with their items. We would like to be contacted by email or through an Etsy convo within 24 hours of you receiving your item if a refund is needed. All returns must be in original, unused condition for a refund. Return postage will be responsability of buyer and refund will be made by same type of original payment.We attempt to show each of our items in as true a color and rendition as possible. However these colors can show different on other computer monitors. Please contact us by email or Etsy convo with any questions you might have prior to purchase. Many of the beads may vary slightly in actual size. We make every attempt to list these sizes as close as possible.
