ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES:
Buyer pays actual shipping cost based on USPS calculation of weight, & zone, with insurance & delivery confirmation. There is a small (.75-2.00) handling fee to cover packaging materials & shipping surcharge. I try to be fair to everyone bidding by using calculated USPS shipping rates, instead of giving free shipping and adding the highest possible rate to the cost of the item, that wouldn’t be fair to someone bidding from a local shipping zone. Please understand I have no control over USPS shipping rates, If you bid, you are agreeing to the shipping charges-please do not leave a low stars for shipping when I am charging actual calculated rates.
