Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

This is my second booth (my first being http://www.bonanzle.com/booths/nexusanime, where I sell primarily anime and collectible video game items). While the other booth focuses on anime items this one will feature a wide range of things, from DVDs, CDs, and anything else that doesn’t fit my main booth’s theme.

Shipping policy

I used to ship strictly by Priority Mail, but the rising costs of postage makes it too expensive to do so. Now I’ve set my prices to reflect 1st Class, which is much cheaper and only potentially adds two days to the shipping time. In cases of expensive or heavy items, those will likely still be sent by Priority Mail based on weight and/or value.

I DO NOT shipping internationally; US only. I’m sorry about that, but it’s become a time consuming process and I usually end up losing money on it in the end. I had to made a decision, and ultimately I had no choice but to stop selling internationally.

Return policy

I will do refunds upon return of the item if it arrives with damage that was not described in the listing. If there’s an issue that is directly my fault, such as sending the wrong item, contact me and we’ll take it on a case-by-case basis as far as what steps are needed to satisfy you as a buyer. I ask that you contact me within (3) three days of receiving the item to work out a return.

Miscellaneous details

I believe in doing things the way they should be done on sites like this: sellers always leave buyers who pay positive feedback first (no revenge feedback!); if shipping is overcharged I refund the remainder; always keep the buyer informed on their purchase.
