Shipping policy

Your delicious sweets will ship via USPS Priority mail. Typically Usps it will take within 2-4 days of your order. If you will like them sooner we can also ship them using priority mail express, which will be 1 or 2 days depending on your zip code. We will packed each sweet using layers of bubble wrap in a bakery box or plastic containers inside the USPS boxes to prevent any damage during the shipping process. However I can not be responsible for any damage during the delivery, specially in hot season.

Please do what you can to have someone available to accept the delivered package.

Return policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted, but if you have any issue with your sweets please contact me as soon as possible.

Refunds will not be given due to shipping delays caused by weather delays, incorrect shipping address or other reasons caused by the shipping carrier or method used.

Since our sweets are hand made, no two sweets are exactly alike and you should expect minor variations.

Please store your fondant cake toppers in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Our cake toppers have supporting materials like pasta sticks, toothpicks, cocktail sticks or lollipop sticks to hold their parts, head, or joints. Please remove them before consume.

Allergens: Our cookies are made in a facility that may have processed or have had contact with nuts, coconuts, hazelnuts, soybeans wheat, chocolate, eggs and dairy products
