Shipping policy
Shipping charges cover the costs associated with getting the item from us to you. This includes postage, delivery confirmation or tracking, and packaging materials. We only ship USPS and Fedex. Fedex may require a street address for delivery. Heavy items may be limited to street addresses. Please see shipping information in the listing.
We offer combined shipping when possible. Some large items cannot be combined.
All items will be shipped within 2 days of payment. In most cases, same or next day. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us before purchase.
We may be willing to ship outside of the US. Please contact us if you would like us to consider shipping to you.
Return policy

Returns are accepted as outlined below, provided we are contacted within 14 days of delivery. All merchandise must be back to us within 30 days of your delivery date to be eligible for refunds. You may return most unopened purchases for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. No shipping costs will be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. When free shipping is offered, the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund. Please e-mail us for instructions if you wish to return an item. Your refund will be completed once the product is returned in the same condition as shipped. All packaging, materials and paperwork are required to expedite the refund process.
Partial refunds:
Returned items which are missing parts, have been opened or tampered with, or are otherwise not in the same condition as we shipped them, will be subject to a reduced refund amount, determined upon inspection. We will not accept returns of the following items: Opened electronics. Items that have been modified from the condition received. Opened software, CD’s, DVD’s, video games. Opened item that was shipped sealed, unless defective. Items with an expiration date. Grocery products, health and personal care items, jewelry, vitamins or OTC remedies.

Payment may be made electronically via PayPal. Please ask if you’d like to send us a U.S. Postal money order.
Terms of sale:
We carry a wide variety of products most of which are in new or like new condition. Many of our products are new and sealed. Some are in open packages and have been inspected and tested. For these reasons, we only accept returns as outlined in our return policy. Many items should be covered under the manufacturers warranty.
About us:
Many items we sell are brand new, in factory sealed boxes. Some items are open/damaged packaging, overstock, returns or shelf pulls. When necessary, we open and check the item itself for possible damage. We try to describe items accurately, honestly and to point out any noticed imperfections. When an item is listed as used or open box, it may show signs of usage or handling that will not affect it’s performance. Product warranties are through the manufacturer.
