GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of Mandrillo’s Toys (MandrillosToys) branded products remotely via the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM, sold by the individual company Multilab8 c.f. FNTFRC75L0H223F, VAT number 02898390352, with headquarters in via Pigoni 16/7 Reggio Emilia, further on called Seller. The products marketed are manufactured as novelties or objects for other entertainment for adults and can be made on specific customer request and then customized. By submitting the purchase proposal, the Customer declares that he has reached the age of majority and that the purchase of the products does not violate the laws or regulations of his country of residence.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contract is considered concluded when, upon receipt of payment, the purchase order made is accepted by the Seller. The Customer, by sending the purchase order electronically, declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale and undertake to observe and comply with them. The transmission of the purchase order involves full knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which can be downloaded and archived from the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM.

DEFINITION OF THE ORDER
By sending the online order, the Customer sends a proposal to purchase the product and / or products placed in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated on the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM and in these General Conditions of Sale. The availability of the products, if not made at the specific request of the Customer, refers to the actual availability at the time the Customer places the order. PRICE
The Customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated in the description sheet on the platform, at the price indicated therein plus any shipping costs and taxes that are not included in the purchase price, but are calculated at the time of the conclusion of the process of purchase before making the payment. All product sales prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT if due. It is the client’s responsibility to comply with all taxes and commissions that may be applied in relation to the jurisdiction to which they belong.

PAYMENT
The Customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the options offered by the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM.

DELIVERY
The products are delivered by courier or through the Italian Post service (Poste Italiane) at the seller’s discretion. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order in the manner established by the person in charge of shipping. The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete contact details also indicating the telephone number and e-mail address to be provided to the person in charge of delivery. In case of non-delivery and after any period of storage, where possible and if requested, the product can be sent back to the Customer who will be charged for all shipping costs, both for the return of the goods to the sender and for the second delivery to the recipient. If a new shipment is not requested, but a refund of the value of the product ordered, the seller may reserve the right to charge the customer the shipping and storage costs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The name “Mandrillo’s Toys” / “MandrillosToys” the design of the contents, texts, writings, images, models, scripts, graphics, the trademarks and logos contained therein, are the property of the Seller and cannot be used by third parties and are protected by current legislation on copyright and intellectual property protection.

RESPONSIBILITY
The Seller assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies or other attributable to: force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including riots, riots, pandemics, strikes, even if dependent on malfunctions and inefficiencies of the internet network or the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM, disservices of the postal service , shortages of materials not attributable to the manufacturer. In the event of receipt of defective or non-compliant products with the orders placed, the Customer, if the legal conditions are met, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), may report the fact by sending a communication written to be sent to the e-mail address mandrillostoys@gmail.com. The complaint must be made no later than 2 months from the discovery of the defect. If the defect occurs within 6 months of delivery, it is assumed that the defects already existed on that date, while if the defect occurs after 6 months of delivery but in any case within two years of delivery, the consumer must demonstrate that the damage it is linked to a defect existing at the time of delivery. It is assumed that the products sold comply with the contract if they comply with the description made by the seller in the description sheet. In the presence of an established defect, the consumer has the right to have the purchased product repaired or replaced. If the replacement is impossible or excessively expensive, the Customer is entitled to a price reduction.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
Mandrillo’s Toys products are available exclusively on the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM, products unduly named Mandrillo’s Toys for sale on other sites or shops, are fake items, not original and not referable to the Seller. All product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Some photos may not be fully representative of actual products. The final products may vary slightly in color, size, appearance, finish or style, without this being understood as a defect or defect whatsoever, being handmade products. All dimensions are approximate. There may be slight marks or other imperfections on our products due to the handmade manufacturing process. All items are handmade and slight variations between the products cannot be avoided.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good. If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the seller by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Multilab8 via Pigoni 16/7 42123 Reggio Emilia RE Italy, or by e-mail to the e-mail mandrillostoys@gmail.com, indicating that it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication may validly be replaced by the return of the purchased goods, provided that the same terms. The delivery date to the post office or forwarder will be valid between the parties. The return of the goods must in any case take place at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, must be returned intact, in the original and sealed packaging, complete with the attached tax documentation. Having verified the above, the Seller will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within 14 days. The only costs payable by the Customer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. For personalized or tailor-made items, it is not possible to proceed with withdrawal or exchanges and refunds. Only in exceptional cases, at its discretion, the Seller reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the price if the customized product has not yet been shipped. The standard colors of each model are SKIN TONE SIENNA and SKIN TONE ALMOND, all the other colors are to be considered customizations on customer request. A product, to be considered standard, must be provided of suction cup.

INTEGRALITY
These general conditions of sale are made up of all the clauses that compose them. If one or more provisions of these Conditions are considered invalid or declared invalid under the law or following a decision of a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.

APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions of sale are subject to Italian law.
The official language of the contract is the Italian language.
Any translation into another language is for information purposes only.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I accept exchanges, returns and refunds for the cases provided for by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, (Consumer Code). For more information read our general conditions of sale. My products are individually packaged in smooth or embossed plastic bags closed hermetically and with guarantee seals. Having received the purchased product, BEFORE OPENING THE BAG, check its integrity. If you have any problems with the product, please contact me immediately WITHOUT OPENING THE BAG. Once the bag with the seals has been opened, the possibility of returning or exchanging the product is void.
By proceeding with the order and purchase of these products, you declare that you have previously read Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy on the site used to purchase the products.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation of an order is normally not accepted, however if the production of your order has not started yet I will be happy to cancel your order and refund you in full or in part. In any case, if you want to know if your order can be cancelled, contact me as soon as possible.
