Shipping policy
Order will be shipped via Air Registered Mail with signature required, please allow 7 to 21 days for delivery depending on destination country. Expedited shipping is available for upgrade, it usually takes 3 to 10 days for delivery.
To receive the packaged items from international couriers, you should be present at the recipient address to sign for receipt of the mailed package for safe delivery. We will not be held responsible for any goods or materials that are disallowed for entry into your country pursuant to local laws. If you are in doubt, please check with the relevant government authority before placing your order.
The destined country of receipt may require you to bare certain customs and excise tax upon receipt of the ordered item, including import tax, and other related levies. Such duties are to be paid by the recipient of the ordered item. We cannot waive, control or dismiss any of the taxation charges. For more information, please contact your local custom department.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturn accepted within 5 days of receipt, provided that product and all packages are in original condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
We reserve right not to accept return services for the following situations:
1) If the stone is scratched or otherwise damaged;
2) If the jewellery has undergone repair elsewhere
3) Changes made to jewellery disregarding professional advice given
4) Other damages caused by non-manufacturing defects.
