The customer must contact me within 3 days of receiving their item to qualify for a refund and must ship item back within 7 days of receiving their item, with a tracking number sent to me and packaged securely. Failure to follow these terms will automatically forfeit your refund.
All items are packaged with care and photos are taken of the item before item is shipped. If an item arrives damaged please contact your local post office.
Refunds will not be provided on damaged items during delivery.
Refunds will not be provided if an item has been stolen during delivery or once items have been delivered. Please contact your local post office.
The shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded.
Customs fee, if any will not be refunded.
Shipping an item back will be at the expense of the customer. Once I have received the item and it passes my inspection then I will send through payment.
