Shipping policy

Physical address may be required as heavier products are shipped FedEx. IF SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED, AND YOU DO NOT SIGN OR PICK UP, SHIPPING COMPANY MAY RETURN PRODUCT. NO REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP.

Items typically shipped within 2 business days, but we may need up to 4 days, and up to 7 days for bulk/cases. We do not refund shipping for issues that is not a direct result of our own actions. This includes, but not limited to: Items no longer wanted, items melting during transit, item accidentally ordered

Due to FDA regulations on food and consumables, we do not accept returns on food items.

All unwrapped food is carefully packaged in heat sealed bags or sealed, new plastic containers. All precautions have been taken to ensure a sanitary environment as required by the FDA. All products typically have a nutritional label. If you received a food item that did not have this information, please contact us immediately if you would like this information. Chocolates are manufactured in Ohio in an FDA approved facility.

Please take local weather into consideration when placing an order. We cannot refund due to product melting during transit. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, IF YOU LIVE IN A WARM CLIMATE WHICH TYPICALLY AVERAGES OVER 80 DEGREES PER DAY, CHOCOLATE HAS A POTENTIAL TO MELT. ALL PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN TO PREVENT THIS, BUT ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR LOCATION, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. DRY ICE AND COOLERS ARE NOT FREE. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR FREE TO YOU. IF YOU WANT A COOLER AND DRY ICE WITH YOUR PRODUCT, YOU NEED TO PAY THE $10 EXPENSE THAT WE ARE CHARGED. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE SPECIALIZED SHIPPING REQUIRED. FEDEX IS THE ONLY APPROVED SHIPPER FOR DRY ICE, AND COSTS 3 TIMES AS MUCH AS NORMAL SHIPPING FOR DRY ICE PRODUCTS.
