Our shipping varies by product. Please see specific item for shipping details. Most items offer Free Shipping or Economy Shipping, both of which offer 2-10 day Continental US delivery at the most economical rates available to us. Additional rates apply outside Continental US and International delivery locations. We insure packages with a value over $100. We also offer expedited shipping on some products. Also, if you do need an item faster, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a shipping quote.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysAll of our Zamasan items are packaged and shipped with care. We offer a 30-day, “no questions asked” refund policy. Just pay for shipping the item back to us. And, we will promptly refund your purchase price and all or a portion of your original shipping and handling costs. Items sold in “Used” condition are sold “As Is” with no warranty; please see item description for full details regarding item guarantee, function, partial-function and/or non-function. “New” condition items arriving in a defective condition will receive a full refund purchase price, shipping and handling costs.
