Welcome to Thai Antique Shop! I’m here to provide you with high quality Wooden and Natural goods with vintage and top notch customer service. If you have a question about any item in the shop no matter how seemingly small-just ask! I’m convo friendly and would love to answer it.

Shipping policy

We sell items to customers all over the world and cannot always get international postage prices spot on in the listing.
We pack all items with special care and attention and only charge a minimal packing charge to cover material costs. You will never pay more than the price quoted on the listing for postage and packaging. Should we initially over charge you for postage we will refund any overpayment for postage once we have dispatched your item from the post office.

All items are sent via a recorded delivery service. Signed for and/or tracked postage services are available at an extra premium. The cost of postage is recorded on each parcel by Thai Post Office.

Shipping internationally may take 1 – 10 weeks depending on customs – we provide a recorded delivery number with your purchase but are unable to guarantee delivery in a certain timeframe. If you need a delivery date please contact us so that we can use a different shipping service which will be more costly to you.

We tend to collate orders and travel to the nearest town just once or twice a week. All orders are sent out within 3-7 working days. Most considerably quicker. If your purchase is required urgently please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements and/or take through the possible options.

If you would like an item in a different size, color, fiber, or quantity just contact me for a custom order. Please note that custom order/made to order will require full payment before work begins and are a finale sale and non-refundable.
