Booth overview

I have many hobbies, such as travelling and reading, but my favourite is handmade. I have been making soft pottery by hand since I graduated from university. I think a handmade work is a very pleasurable thing from preparing the materials to the final completion. Making a piece that brings joy or remembrance to other people, this would be something I would love to see. I will try my best to reproduce the characters and make them look lifelike.

Shipping policy

Handling Time
- We will process the order within 1-2 business days after the buyer places the order (weekends and holidays will be postponed). If you are in a hurry to receive the goods, you can contact us for expedited processing.
- Please note that the processing time may be extended to 3 business days during promotions or holidays.
- We will confirm with you within 5 working days if the sample is to your liking.
-We will ship your order once you confirm the sample is correct.

International Shipping
- We will use Yuntu international logistics, about 7-14 days delivery, different regions time may vary.

Tracking
- Within 24 hours after shipment, we will send you a notification with tracking number via email.
- You can click the link in the notification or visit the carrier’s website and enter Tracking No. to check the real-time logistics status.

Packaging
- The goods use * bubble wrap + thickened kraft paper box * double protection to ensure safe transportation.
- We prioritize the use of recyclable and environmentally friendly materials to reduce packaging waste.

Delays & Claims
- In case of natural disasters, customs sampling and other force majeure delays, we will notify you at the first time and try our best to help follow up.
- If the parcel is lost or signed for abnormally, please contact us within 30 days after delivery, we will assist in claims and provide replacement or refund services.

Returns & Exchanges
- Quality problem/wrong goods shipped: Returns & Exchanges shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
- Buyer reason return: return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, and please make sure the goods and packaging are intact.

Miscellaneous details

1?Material

1.Handmade with polymer clay; once cured it becomes a stable plastic—safe for display or wear.

2.Uncured clay is not edible. Keep away from children’s mouths.

3.Cured item is not for direct food contact (use a barrier if needed).

4.For parent-child crafts, adults should handle the baking step.

5.Clean with a dry cloth; avoid soaking or prolonged heat/sun exposure.

2?Customization Capability & Confirmation Process

1. After ordering, please provide:

  • A full-body photo (for overall proportions/pose reference)
  • A high-resolution close-up of the head (for facial detail)

2. Specify whether you want an exact replica of the photos. If you’d like any adjustments (expression, accessories, colors, etc.), please include those instructions upfront.

3. Image format is flexible (JPG/PNG/original WeChat photos, etc.)—just make sure they’re clear.

4. Once we receive your confirmed order and materials, we will create the first sample within 3–5 business days for your approval.

  • If the sample isn’t fully to your expectation, you can submit revision requests. We’ll revise and produce a second sample, and repeat until you’re satisfied—**no extra sample fee**.

5. Simple logos or text can be printed on the figurine and base. Please provide clear content and placement instructions at the time of ordering.

3?Shipping & Packaging

1. Shipping Restrictions: Currently we do not ship to Mexico or Singapore. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Packaging Details:

  • Shockproof and drop-resistant packaging is used to ensure the figurines arrive intact.
  • Single-item packaging: Compact protection, suited for individual gifts.
  • Multi-item packaging: Each piece is individually cushioned inside a reinforced outer box—ideal for bundles or bulk orders, enhancing transit safety.

4?Pricing & Discounts

1. The listed price includes shipping and customs clearance fees. You won’t need to pay extra for those after ordering.
2. Discounts are based on current store promotions (e.g., first-order, bundle deals, seasonal offers). Applicable stacking rules are specified on the promotion page.

5?Returns, Replacements & Samples

1. Orders are final once confirmed; cancellation is not possible after confirmation.
2. If you receive a product with quality issues (excluding user-caused damage), we will remake and resend it free of charge.
3. Sample creation is free. Only after you approve the sample do we proceed to final production.

6? Logistics, Lead Time & Tracking

1. We ship via Yuntu Logistics. Once the sample is approved, we dispatch immediately.
2. Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days (may vary slightly depending on destination and customs process).
3. Tracking number will be uploaded within 2 days after shipment. You can monitor the status in real time on the Yuntu website.
