By shopping with us, you can expect the following:
1. Free shipping: Free ground shipping on ALL orders. This only applies to the continental U.S.A. Our virgin hair weave takes on average 3 to 6 business days to be delivered. If you need your items in a hurry you can pay an extra fee for express shipping 1-2 day or 2-3 day priority shipping. Please note we ship out Monday through Friday.
2. Free exchanges: Do you need a different size, color, or length? Simply return the item you purchased and we will ship your exchange item free of charge.
3. Easy Returns: If you would like to return the product you purchased, please do so within 30 days from the day of purchase. All straight returns will be charged a fee of $10 (No shipping fee will be applied to exchange orders).
4. Secure site To ensure top-notch security, our website uses 256-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your name, address, and credit card secure from theft. Our site is also monitored 24/7 to make sure it is always safe for our customers to shop.
5. Signature Required for purchases over $200– To protect you and your package, we require a signature at delivery for all new customer deliveries to make sure you receive your package and reduce incidences of theft or packages getting lost.

We stand behind our products with a 30-day return policy. This means all products purchased directly from Zebra Virgin Hair can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Easy Returns: If you would like to return the product you purchased, please do so within 30 days from the day of purchase. All straight returns will be charged a fee of $10 (No shipping fee will be applied to exchange orders).
A Return Label is required in order to return a product. Please contact our customer support team by emailing us at info@zebravirginhair.com and providing your order number and the item (s) you would like to return to obtain your Return Label.
Products must be received in new condition, in the original boxes, with all of the original packaging, parts, and accessories. The customer is responsible for any damage to the product (e.g., scuffs, scratches, odors, spots, and stains), missing parts, and accessories, and may be liable for additional fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Special shipping and handling are not refundable.
The customer will be responsible for:
Prepayment of all shipping charges (if applicable).
All risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Zebra Virgin Hair Warehouse. (Please, take pictures and videos of your product before packing and shipping).

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@zebravirginhair.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Refunds
We will replace the returned product with a new replacement product or issue a refund at the customer’s preference. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Once Zebra Virgin Hair receives the returned product and finds that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge.
Please allow three to seven business days for the refund to be processed if you are in the United States.
If the customer returns the product to Zebra Virgin Hair without a Return Label from us or beyond the 30 day period, Zebra Virgin hair retains the right to refuse delivery of the returned product.
Cancellations:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
