1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., engraved jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/item damaged on arrival).
For refunds, we recommend using a trackable shipping service; we’re not liable for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size/color.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Sale/discounted items, intimate apparel, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
7. Damaged/Defective Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos for verification, and we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
