The following terms must be met to be eligible for refund or exchange:
• The item(s) must be returned in unworn and new condition.
• Merchandise that has been altered in any way from its arrival condition may be subject to a restocking fee of the item(s) price.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on discretionary returns.
Comfort Zone Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipment to our facility. Any unauthorized and improperly packaged items(s) may be refused by our return center.
