Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME: We arrange mail pick-ups with the U.S. Postal Service once per week. Please allow up to 5 business days of processing time.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: When paying by Paypal, be advised we will only ship to confirmed shipping addresses on your Paypal account. If your Paypal shipping address is unconfirmed and/or your shipping address you have specified on your Bonanza order does not match your confirmed shipping address on your Paypal account, we will put your order on hold and contact you so you can rectify the problem. If we have to refund your original Paypal payment and manually re-invoice you, a small fee may be added to the total amount of your invoice. The reason is that when we issue a full refund via Paypal, you get ALL of your money back but Paypal still charges us the original transaction fee. Therefore, refunds cost us a small amount of money to process. We add this refund fee to your new invoice because the reason we had to refund you in the first place was because of your mistake.

- CDs: $5 for the first disc + $1 for each additional disc
- Records: $5 for the first record + $1 for each additional record
Canada:
- Cassettes: $14 for the first tape + $2 for each additional tape
- CDs: $14 for the first disc + $2 for each additional disc
- 7" Records: $14 for the first record + $2 for each additional record
- 12" Records: $20 for the first record + $4 for each additional record
Rest Of The World (Excluding Canada and Countries That Require Registered Shipping):
- Cassettes: $18 for the first tape + $3 for each additional tape
- CDs: $18 for the first disc + $3 for each additional disc
- 7" Records: $18 for the first record + $3 for each additional record
- 12" Records: $27 for the first record + $7 for each additional record
COUNTRIES THAT REQUIRE REGISTERED SHIPPING:
For certain countries, we only ship by Registered Mail. Registered Mail is a safe, trackable, “signed for” method of shipping that carries an additional $16 charge. It is for your protection and peace of mind. These countries include, but are not limited to Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,Cote D’Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo,Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Korea (North), Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nigeria, Paraguay, Republic of the Congo, Russia Federation, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syrian Arab Republic, Togo, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
CUSTOMS: We comply with U.S. and International export law. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents, including mailing packages to countries on the U.S. Denial Of Orders List, changing the description, quantity or value, or marking packages as gifts or commercial samples. These requests will be denied because falsifying official documents can result in financial penalties and suspension of our business license. International buyers are responsible for any customs fee/importation taxes charged by their country.
PAYING BY MONEY ORDER: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and must be received by us in 5 days to avoid order cancellation. Domestic (U.S.) money orders and cashiers checks from your bank are accepted, as is cash in U.S. dollars. Personal checks are not accepted – no exceptions!

Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsBecause we sell recordable media, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances that gain the approval of the store manager. If we accidentally send you the wrong item, we will either exchange it for free (if possible) or refund you in full after you’ve returned the merchandise (contact us first for a Return Authorization number). You must return items using a trackable method so we can both ensure your package arrives without any problems.

GRADING SYSTEM
Media and Artwork are rated separately.
VINYL RECORDS:
Our Vinyl quality rating consists of two components:
MEDIA: This is the condition of the vinyl, not the condition of the center label. The rating is determined by visual inspection, not play.
M = Mint. New. Sealed.
NM = Near Mint. Like new. Little or no scuffs.
VG = Very Good. A few minor scuffs, but nothing serious.
G = Good. Surface scuffs are present and wear is noticeable.
ARTWORK: This is the condition of the sleeve the vinyl is packaged in. We grade the surfaces/faces of the artwork, not the edges.
M = Mint. New. Sealed. No ringwear or markings.
NM = Near Mint. Like new. Little ringwear and/or some minor markings. Edges may be slightly worn or frayed.
VG = Very Good. Some ringwear and/or markings. Edges may be worn or frayed.
G = Good. Significant ringwear, markings or other wear and tear are noticeable. Edges may be excessively worn or frayed.
OTHER:
CO = Cutout (clipped corner, saw mark, drill hole, etc).
GS = Generic Sleeve (no pictures or artwork).
PS = Picture Sleeve.
WR = Writing.
Please note that some vinyl may have writing, stamps, stickers or DJ cue marks. If present, these are usually not usually indicated in our ratings.
COMPACT DISCS:
Our Compact Disc quality rating consists of two components:
MEDIA: This is the condition of the disc. The rating is determined by visual inspection, not play.
M = Mint. New. Sealed.
NM = Near Mint. Like new. Little or no scuffs.
VG = Very Good. A few minor surface scuffs, but nothing serious.
G = Good. Surface scuffs are present and wear is noticeable.
ARTWORK: This is the condition of the artwork that accompanies the CD, not the condition of the jewel/slimline/digipak case. We do not grade jewel cases.
CA = Complete artwork. Insert, endsert, etc. is present.
NI = No insert, but endsert is present.
Note: Many promo/demo copies often are distributed without an insert.
NE = No endsert, but insert is present.
Note: Some CDs in plastic prologic sleeves may be packaged this way. DJ’s often repackage CDs into these plastic sleeves since they are lighter and take less room and, in the process, they discard the endsert.
NA = No artwork.
OTHER:
CO = Cutout (saw mark, drill hole, etc). This does not include punch holes in the UPC.
CASSETTE TAPES:
Our Cassette Tape quality rating consists of two components:
MEDIA: This is the condition of the tape cartridge, not the magnetic tape itself. The rating is determined by visual inspection, not play. Most of our cassettes are 20-40 years old, so we cannot guarantee play quality.
M = Mint. New. Sealed.
NM = Near Mint. Like new. Little or no scuffs.
VG = Very Good. A few minor surface marks, but nothing serious.
G = Good. Surface marks are present and wear is noticeable.
ARTWORK: This is the condition of the artwork that accompanies the cassette, not the condition of the cassette case. We do not grade cassette cases.
CA = Complete artwork. Artwork is present.
NA = No artwork.
OTHER:
CO = Cutout saw mark, drill hole, etc)
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. We do not grade CD jewel cases or Cassette cases! Most of our cases are in excellent shape, but some may be scuffed, cracked or cutout. We do not send cracked or broken cases, but we will not replace them if they are damaged en route.
2. Since we buy many items from individuals, DJs and collectors, some items may have stickers, labels, DJ cue marks, writing, etc. on them. Vinyl jackets are evaluated primarily on the condition of the front and back, not the edges.
3. Any rating system is subjective and imperfect. We rate as accurately as possible and conservatively, but ratings may be off by one grade on used items. This is due to the fact that used items are rated at a point in time and experience fair wear and tear thereafter as they are handled over time. Hence, use our ratings as a guideline only.
4. The thumbnail photos in our catalog are for identification purposes only. They may not be the photos of the actual items you are purchasing. The quality of the actual item could differ from the thumbnail photo, so please refer to our quality ratings to get an accurate representation of the item.
