Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

- All orders are shipped the same day providing that your order is placed by 4:30 pm Cental Time

- Please expect 3 to 7 day delivery period, depending on the destination of your order.

Return policy

All sales are final on N2o Whip Cream Chargers, Whip Cream Dispensers, Co2 Soda Chargers, Soda Siphons & French Presses. We only accept returns on defective merchandise and then only with prior approval from Customer Service. NO returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service department.
If the item(s) you ordered are defective in any way, save all packaging and receipts and contact Customer Service, with a full description of the problem, at sales@whipeez.com or call (800) 280-5245 to receive further instructions.

There is a 5 day return policy on Designer Coffee Mugs & Mug Sets. You must first contact our customer service department for the return authorization. We must receive product back in original packaging and in new unused condition. You will then receive a full refund for the price of the product, shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return product back to us.
