Wigs-A-Million specializes in custom wigs at very low prices. If you have a problem with your purchase, please send me a message so we can resolve the issue. Wig orders are shipped out within 4 business days. If a virgin hair wig is purchased, the processing time is 10 business days. All wigs are shipped through USPS and 1 to 3 day priority shipping is used.

Shipping policy

Wig orders are shipped out within 2 business days if item is in stock. If the wig isn’t in stock and has to be remade, the processing time is 9 days. All wigs are shipped through USPS.

Return policy

Cancelations, Exchanges & RETURNS
I don’t alow cancelations so please be sure about your purchase. Most units can be returned or exchanged for a unit of the same value or less if I have it in stock. If it’s less, I will refund you the difference. You have to contact me within 3 business days after the wig has been delivered as shown by tracking. Returns are accepted as long as the lace is intact, hang tag is still attached and the wig hasn’t been restyled, cut or any product added. Please send me a message regarding return or exchange before returning. If the refund is approved, I will issue refund as soon as I receive and inspect the wig.

There is 15% restocking fee on all return products.

For returns, once I received the returned item(s), if the returned item(s) meet our requirements after inspection, you’ll receive your refund within 3 business days minus the restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. All returns must be shipped with tracking number and the tracking number must be sent to me.
