Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping:

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the United States. We accept orders 24/7 online and will process your order within 2 business days. A separate notification will also be sent to let you know your order is on the way!

With the aim to keep cost effective and always offer the lowest price to our customers, we utilize both our United States and overseas warehouse to fulfill customer orders depending on inventory availability. Shipping within United States generally takes 5-10 business days from a U.S. warehouse and 7-14 business days from overseas.

Some orders with multiple items might split in multiple shipments due to different shipping locations. Separate tracking codes will be provided for each package upon dispatch in such case. There might be delivery delays due to the following: sale, holidays and peak seasons due to high volume and shipments and inclement weather and the like.

Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase at Trendy. However, if unfortunately you’re not completely satisfied or change mind, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Returns & Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Defective or incorrect item:
• With provided defective or incorrect item details, we will provide return instruction and cover return shipping cost. Just let us know.

Changed your mind
• If you’ve changed your mind, simply reach out to us to begin the return process. The Item will be returned within the United States by USPS, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost in this case.

Return Process
1. Contact our customer support at support@trendy-ty-fashion.com to initiate a return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping cost if any). It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to make it visible.

• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
