Templar Toys & Trains is a small business located in Northeast Florida serving Jacksonville and local cities and areas around North Florida and Southeast Georgia. We are constantly updating our store with new items so please be sure to follow us!
Shipping policy
FedEx, US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within five (3) business day.
Free Shipping – Some items are marked with free shipping
Flat Rate Shipping – Most items are setup with Flat Rate Shipping
At the current time we only ship items to the Continental U.S.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturns are accepted within 7 days after receiving the item, except for items with the condition of not working.

Please insure shipments for their full retail price.
We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned.
Returns should be shipped with UPS if the items are heavier than 4lbs or exceeds 15 inches in length for one side of the box.
With all returns, please include:
Your name, shipping address, email address
All returns must be returned in the condition they were received in.
