Beeswax Wrap Care:
- Wipe with damp cloth/sponge, rinse with lukewarm water. If needed use small amount of eco-friendly dish soap.
- Use small clothes line to air dry beeswax wraps or drape them over drying dishes or over faucet.
- Keep beeswax wraps dry. Store in drawer or basket and keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our beeswax wraps, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, we are happy to assist if you have any concerns.
- If your wraps arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the items. This will enable us to send a free replacement or issue a refund.
- Exchanges are available for unused, unopened wraps returned to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items upon prior approval.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days following receipt of your request.
