Shipping policy
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders made over weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder.
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Orders with multiple items may ship separately for faster delivery.
Shipping times are not guaranteed; all are estimated. Deliveries generally take 6-10 business days. Tracking information may take 1-4 days to update. Please be patient as transit begins the day after shipping. In rare instances, tracking may not update, but your order will still arrive.
Refusing or abandoning a shipment means you forfeit a refund.
Delayed Packages:
Ensure your delivery details are correct as we cannot redirect packages or refund after the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by carriers. We are not responsible for delays or for packages not delivered within the expected time frame. No refunds for shipping costs will be given for delays, including those due to weather.
Incorrect Addresses:
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. We cannot redirect packages or refund for orders with incorrect addresses. If you’ve made an error, email info@sleeklineshapewear.com as soon as possible to attempt an address update before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Use the tracking option for updates. If your package is marked “delivered” but isn’t found, check your surroundings or with neighbors. After 36 hours, verify the shipping address and contact the carrier with your Tracking Number for further assistance. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will try to assist if a package is confirmed missing.
Incorrect or Missing Products.
We’re not accountable for packages delivered to the correct address or stolen after delivery. Sleeklineshapewear.com isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the provided address.
a. For incorrect products, Sleeklines ShapeweAR will offer a full refund or replacement.
For products with wrong color, or size Sleeklineshapewear.com will offer a refund or replacement that matches correct item but you must email info@sleelineshapewear.com and provide if you provide a screenshot of the incorrect item as well as complaint including your full name, content and date. Prepaid shipping label will be sent to the customers designated email to have the incorrect item returned to us and once the item has been received either a refund or replacement will be sent.c. For items that are missing from the order, Sleeklineshapewear.com may refund partially or resend the missing item.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysYou have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If the 30 day window has passed, returns will still be accepted up to 60 days from the date your item has been delivered but are subject to store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Process an Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at info@sleeklineshapewear.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item back.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange and send the replacement item of your choice.
