Physical Product processing time: 1 day
International shipping takes from 7-21 days. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

After receiving payment, within 24 hours, I will send you a PDF file. Attention, be sure to specify a valid email address when placing an order. The PDF file opens in Adobe PDF Reader. PDF file in English.

Return policy
- Returns & exchanges of Physical Goods: Buyer can return or exchange item. Buyer must return item within 21 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if item isn’t returned in original condition.
- Returns & exchanges of Digital items: Digital items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items.
