Shipping policy

Items will be shipping in 3 business days or less of a cleared payment. all items are shipped via USPS. Some international will not have tracking. Depends on the country. Shipping is based on total weight, package size, & destination.

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs

If for any reason you are not happy with the products, you can ship them back to us. Return items must be unopened and in it’s original package. We will refund your purchase price less shipping charges after we have received your items back. If item is defective we will replace it if possible.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, therefore you should always check prices before making a purchase. We try to be accurate as we can on shipping. We do not look to make money on shipping.

If Simplytheben is unable to immediately fill your entire order, we will email you and give you a choice of refund or back order on product not in stock. Product is almost always in stock on rare occasion it could be out. If an item is less then 100% or inventory error has occurred. Products in stock will be sent immediately unless you otherwise specify. Simplytheben will make all decisions on returns.
