All items are shipped USPS unless other wise noted on the listing, if you need faster service we can give you your options for an additional cost.
International Shipment will have a customs #
All international shipments will be sent as merchandise NOT gifts, all duty/customs fees will be paid by international buyer. There are certain countries we will Not ship to , so please contact us before placing orders.If we send you a tracking # you can track it online, if your item shows delivered then we have done our job, if you still don’t have your item after it says delivered you will need to contact your local post office. If you want insurance on your item please send us an email requesting price.

We have shipping partners across the USA so if we dont have your item in one location one of our shipping partners will ship it out .
We try to ship to all areas of the USA, all addresses must be verified or the order will be canceled. There are also so areas where a signature would be required and or the order would be canceled.

Refunds and Exchanges
On wedding items engraving is done on the servers only unless noted and that option is purchased, Plus there are no refunds on general, wedding items due to after the customer recieves the item it is considered used and we don’t sell used items unless noted. Personalized items are sometimes engraved within minutes after we get the order so orders can only be canceled if done with in 15 minutes after the order is placed and we go buy time stamps on the Bonanza page. If after the 15 minutes no order can be canceled or refunded.. If there was a mistake on engraving by us we will redo at no charge after the item is returned we will do another one and will ship out. If information sent to us by buyer was mispelled a new item would need to be bought. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.
