In next 3 Business Days Semipreciousking.com logistic division will update the shipping Tracking number & Shipping Carrier.

INSURANCE :

All Semipreciousking.com international shipments are under insurance coverage as per customer request or as per logistic service provider. If customer need to cover the standard shipment with full amount of shopping, you need to mention during the order (time and extra premium will be paid by customer)

In case of mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, buyer country customs regulations or any other reason which makes delay shipment, Semipreciousking.com will not be responsible but we will give support as much as we can.

We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Semipreciousking.com does not hold any extra responsibility beyond the shipping company.

PROTECTION:

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping carrier.

Please note that the destination country’s customs office is authorized for the opening and inspection of international shipments. Additionally, if required we are liable to provide the information about your order, shipment and products contained therein.

If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, semipreciousking.com is not responsible for refunding the full shopping amount. It can differ from case to case depending on the situation. We are always glad to provide our best cooperation to our customers.

TAX AND DUTIES:

Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any import tax or duties of your country. The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Return policy

Semipreciousking.com committed to return the best value of money. Our part if sending item not as described, you may exchange it for another item or store credit 100 % value what u paid. We will be glad to serve the original order as soon we get back the previous shipment from customer.

Secondly, customer would like to return due to any reason, in that case, it will decide case to case, but one thing sure that sending expenses will be paid by buyer and previous sending shipment charge, bank charge will not be refunded. Only product cost can be exchanged.
