Orders will be shipped within 2 days.

We have partnerships with UPS and Fedex cargo companies and your cargo is sent to you as express cargo.

1. Eligibility for Returns  
   - Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.  
   - Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.  

2. Non-Returnable Items  
   - Customized or personalized posters and canvases are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.  

3. Damaged or Defective Items  
   - If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process  
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email: support@panshopart.com
   - Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

5. Refunds  
   - Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.  
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs  
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

How long will it take to get the canvas I ordered ?
Your canvas will be reached to you within 3-5 days.This period may vary on public holidays

Can I request different sizes of my canvas ?
Of course! No doubt we will try to make the sizes you want.

How can I order my personalized product ?
It is exciting for us to document Valentine’s Day, Wedding Anniversary, Birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or a moment you care about.

How are the canvases Packaged ?
The canvases are wrapped with a plastic stretch to keep moisture and liquid out.
Then wrapped tightly with balloon nylon. Wrapped with carton to avoid damage to the dice during shipping.The top layer is also firmly taped.

What should I do if my canvas decor comes damaged ?
Firstly make sure to check your canvas in detail.If the product is damaged by cargo, please register.
Do’nt worry I’ll send you a new one, but there will be some steps to follow together.It is very important that we tell the cargo company about the damage so that you and I do not suffer damage.You must reply to the mail from them and tell them that the damage is caused by the cargo.
So they will cover the damage and I will send you a new product.
