4. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Returns
You have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Notification and Return Process
To initiate a return, you must inform us of your decision to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified us, you should send the item back to our return address (as indicated on the package and on our website in the contact information section) within an additional 14 days. This means you have a total of 28 days from the date you receive the item to complete the return process. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Return Shipping
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items with clear signs of use or damage that are not consistent with the condition of the item as described at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been worn or altered in any way.
Additionally, handmade items that are made to order or personalized are not eligible for return. Please make sure of your choice before ordering such items.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance items, special promotions, and seasonal sales. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before purchasing these items.
No Additional Fees
We do not charge any additional fees, such as restocking fees, on returned items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as straightforward and satisfying as possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
