How long will it take to Receive My Order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed and shipped through DHL EXPRESS or ARAMEX International Priority – One of the best Services Available In Morocco – you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains a DHL or ARAMEX tracking number.

Shipping takes:

-Do you have any special return policies?
Remember that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
First, contact us to let us know and then you can send back the item in the condition you received it, and then we’ll refund the money when we get the item. Please use the service with a tracking number so the returned items don’t get lost in the mail since we cannot refund the lost item.
Please keep in mind that we are a small family business therefore we can offer you a refund for the value of the PRODUCT ONLY (excluding all postage costs) if nothing is wrong with the item.

-Are there any international fees when I receive my shipment?
Potentially. Your country may charge import taxes (duty fees, customs fees), but it doesn’t always happen and each country is different. This can be anywhere from 5-20% of the product cost(s). The customer is responsible for all fees, please do your due diligence before ordering!

-What happens with free shipping if I live on an island o remote area?
In all cases, remote areas are not included. Any order from a remote area will be on standby until we communicate to the customer the extra cost demanded by the courier and accept paying it. If not, the order will be canceled. Anyway, you can contact us for specific cases before buying, and we will look for some other shipping system when possible.
