Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Items normaly ship within 1-2 bussiness days of payment. We normally ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS. We always provide a tracking number/delivery confirmation number so you can be sure where your package is. Please message us for international shipping rates. Items will ship within 1-2 business days of payment.

Return policy

We do our very best to describe items, including flaws, defects, etc. to the best of our abilities. Please review the item you are purchasing very carefully before completing your transection. We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase. Returns will be accepted if you are not happy with your purchase, unless stated otherwise in listing. The item must be returned, in the same condition as when it was received, in order to qualify for refund, within 14 business days. When we receive the item in original condition you will be refunded the purchase price of the item. (original shipping fee are non-refundable). Returned shipping fees are provided by the buyer. Please contact us with any questions regarding refunds. We strongly encourage that you buy insurance and tracking number when sending items back for a refund.
