The journey dates back to 2008, the year we set out to create the perfect bags for the modern men, designed without compromise for the most discerning user, using carefully selected leather hides and fabrics. Each of our bags are made with passion and tested to ensure it truly meets the expectations and desires of its user.
Since creating our first ever sample collection of bags, our products have gone through countless iterations in a quest to make the perfect bag which is what we have got today. The quest doesn’t end there, we are working tirelessly, tweaking and altering to get as close to perfection as possible to deliver nothing but the best to the users.

Our Inspiration

We at Kalating are very passionate about what we do and we are proud of what we have achieved over the past few exciting years to bring out our collection of men’s leather bags. As designers we are greatly inspired by the joy a user finds in using one of our bags, which keeps us going to get our bags as close to perfection as possible for a fulfilling and user friendly experience for those who choose to own a Kalating.

The Brand

Taking its name from an ancient language, Ullatan, which stands for ‘Continuous Improvement’ Kalating caters to the savvy and sophisticated urban professionals. Setting the standard for men this season, a unique range of business and messenger bags in tan, soft browns and black to inject some effortless style to work has been developed, By keeping its focus on a classic contemporary look, The leather collection of Kalating includes briefcases, laptop cases, and portfolio bags.

The Product

Kalating sees great value in natural beauty. Our products are all individually handcrafted using the finest high quality cowhide leather. Our leathers are full grain and have not been corrected with paint and pigment to hide natural defects. The natural and ecological tanning process enhances the intrinsic characteristics and individuality of our leathers and gives the leather used to produce our bags a tremendous strength and durability.
At Kalating, we are passionate about clever design. In addition, our solid brass buckles are individually sand cast and hand polished. The solid brass buckles and fittings enhance the natural look of our product as well as the durability of the product. Each bag is therefore, by its nature, “One of its kind”

Refunds and Exchanges
If you dont completely fall in love with the bag we have created with lot of care and attention, dont worry, you can always return it to us for a full refund of the item value, just notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and send the product back in an unused condition. We are nice like that! In the event of a returns, returns postage costs are to be paid for by the buyer.

We cannot accept returns or exchange for a Personalised item. The product is covered under our normal warranty terms which is 1 year free repair/replace if an issue was to arise. The warranty covers leather, hardware and craftsmanship outside of normal wear and tear. In case of an issue, simply notify us and send the item to us, we will resolve your concern within minimal time frame and return the item back to you in its full glory***

Return policy
