It is very difficult to get a prepaid return label unless they send the wrong item, or the product arrives damaged and the customer provides images of the damage.
Return Processing Time
5 days after the product has been returned to the warehouse.
Restocking Fees 20%
Restocking Fees are charged accordingly on unwanted returns (There are no restocking fees on the verified damaged, defective or wrong item sent returns).
