Shipping policy
La Guanaquita’s Closet ships via USPS Priority Mail shipping to all domestic locations. First Class to my international buyers (please message me for a quote if you prefer Express). International orders are shipped via USPS without insurance. Shipping rates are shown for the United States, USPS Priority Mail; for shipping thru Express or other, please ask me. As soon as your item is shipped, I am not responsible for lost or stolen package(s) – please inquire if you are interested in insurance.
Heavy coats and boots cannot be combined and may not qualify for First Class rates. Hats are packed carefully so they’re not crushed in transit and/or in route so shipping tends to be pricey; my apologies about that.
Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 days>>Returns are accepted ONLY if there is a mistake in my part due to size, color, designer or maker’s name; also if there’s a grave error made from my side like sending a wrong item. There are No Exchanges!
