SHIPPING
Your purchase will be shipped on the listed ship date or customer will be notified of delayed ship date with a reason.
DAMAGES
Seller is not responsible for damages in shipping.
IN TRANSIT TRACKING
USPS provides tracking on all packages, however sometimes tracking is not updated by USPS in a timely manner and INTERNATIONAL tracking does not update while overseas in transit.
Refunds and replacements will not be provided for late or delayed shipments while in transit. Tracking information will be provided for all purchases, but sometimes USPS does not provide tracking updates in a timely manner, especially during the Christmas Holiday shipping season.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard US – When you are ordering in advance of the “need to have it” (2-9 days).
Priority US – When you need it within 1-3 days of ship date.
