Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for details1, Modification: because each dress is specially handmade for you, so we don’t provide free change service, we only provide all time & excuses modification serive to our customer. If the modification happened on your provided un-accurate measurements, the shipping cost will be on you; If Kalidani made the wrong measurments, Kalidani will commit shipping cost.
2, Return: return must be issued in 1 day after you receive the dress. Return will not be accepted if your provided un-accurate measurements; Return will be accepted if Kalidani made the wrong measurements, we will commit the shipping cost and dress cost together. But 1 inches difference is normally and acceptable because of handmade.
