Shipping policy
Per DOT regulations, Fire Extinguishers cannot ship outside of the Continental US and all orders must ship via ground transport. It takes between 2 to 7 days.
We advise our Canadian friends to have products shipped to a trusted address close to the border.
Because inventory is not synced with our live inventory we may run out of some models. We apologize if this happens. We nevertheless receive monthly replenishments and can either ship when avail, swap with another model or propose to cancel the order. We will reach-out to you if this is the case.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysThe products come with a 5-year warranty and are manufactured to last twice as long. They are leak tested prior to shipping from Belgium. If not satisfied, you can return for a refund although know that returning a fire extinguisher is costly and difficult (hazmat regulations). We can use all the friends we can get so make sure to reach out with all your questions prior to purchasing your Safe-T!
