Shipping policy
Worldwide shipment by the HKPost is to complete within 2 business days upon payment. All orders will be sent by REGISTERED AIRMAIL and the Buyer will get informed of a tracking number.
Estimated arrival takes two to four weeks depending on the recipient’s country. Customs inspection at destination may result in longer time. Delay has been reported during the high season of the year and when the weather conditions are not good.

Return policy
Please note that earrings are not refundable or exchangeable due to hygienic reason. I am happy, however, to accept exchange and refund for non earrings pieces within 7 days of your receipt of the parcel.
Please give prior notice if you can and return your order intact. Shipping cost is non-refundable and return postage is at the buyer’s cost.
