Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
We do our best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Holidays. We use USPS, Priority Mail, insured, with delivery confirmation. USPS delivers anywhere in the U.S., including PO boxes and rural addresses. On occasion we will us USPS First Class Mail. You’ll receive an email notification and confirmation when your item is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are based on destination. Please contact us prior to ordering so we may determine shipping costs and prepare an invoice prior to your purchase. We will email you details at that time.
Return policy
If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, simply email me within 3 days of receipt of your item. Include your name, order number, and expected return date.
Item to be returned in its new, original condition, and packaging. We suggest you return the item with an insured courier/carrier. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. The refund will be for the original purchase price indicated on your receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return credits will be applied to the original credit card account used. Credits may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card company.
