Shipping policy
All items can be returned for a full refund expect card packs, any opened card packs are not eligible for this refund policy. REFUNDS will only be issued after item has been returned to my store JB Professional Services. Once returned we will inspect item to determine cause of return such as product broken upon delivery, product defective etc or returned as is in perfect order. Refunds are subject to denial in the event product has been deemed damaged due to user error. Typically 99% of returns are issued in any case but we at JB Professional Services still need to inspect and determine each on a case by case basis.
