Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Please ask listing questions by email and please don’t assume anything.  

Shipping policy

We try to ship all orders on the same day but sometimes it is not possible. Please allow 1 to 2 days for your package to ship.  We ship by USPS with Electronic Option Delivery Confirmation using Online Shipping Services to create shipping labels. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

If a return is allowed, you must return an item in the same condition as is was received. All items in the bundle including packaging, tags, boxes, accessories, certificates, warranty cards, manuals, and instructions must be returned.

You must repack and returned undamaged.

For Pinewood Derby Lube, the container seal must not be broken. If you open it, no returns will be allowed.
