We offer free shipping within the USA on orders of $40.00 or more.

Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

International Orders – Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order, as we are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.

Holiday Shipping
We do not guarantee delivery dates for holiday orders. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

All items are returnable.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@aromaquest.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs

If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged: We’ll cover return shipping.

If you changed your mind or no longer want the item: Return shipping is your responsibility (unless covered by a promotional offer).

Used Items
We honor returns even if the product has been used, as long as at least 50% of the bottle’s contents remain.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and approving the return. We do not offer expedited refunds.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@aromaquest.com.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost package? We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

Damaged item? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

International Returns

Canada: Returns are accepted under the same conditions as U.S. orders.

European Union: You have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order, no justification needed. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

All other international destinations: Sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.
