Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth overview
Most of my items are Custom-Made-to-Order (by hand, by me, in the USA!) and include select Buyer CHOICES…. in some cases you can even submit your own photo or artwork to be printed on the product!
Please read the descriptions carefully, and specify your choices promptly, when applicable. (Most items will specify “default selections” that will automatically apply in the absence of a note, so it is important that you remember this step to avoid disappointment. If you forget to include a note with your payment, you can send me a message through Bonanza.)
If the options or quantities you need are not listed, please let me know. I am always happy to accommodate Special Requests when possible. :)

Shipping policy
Orders can only be shipped to the address “officially” provided with payment.
Most Custom-Made-to-Order items ship in 1 – 3 business days
- Certain item types that may take longer will be specified accordingly
- Orders for a number of items that need to be made MIGHT take a little longer (especially during peak times or for a large number of items)
- Orders for custom-printed items — for which the buyer needs to provide their own photo/design and then approve a proof/mock-up before the seller can begin making the item — will usually ship 1 – 3 business days after the buyer has approved the final proof/mock-up
- Items that do not need to be made usually ship in 1 – 2 business days
- Any exceptions for a specific item will be noted in the listing/description
Most domestic orders will allow the buyer to choose the shipping service from the following options: USPS First Class Package*, USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express.
- Orders where the buyer has selected the USPS First Class Package shipping option that do not qualify (due to the final package size, weight, etc.) for that service will be upgraded to USPS Priority at no additional cost to the buyer
- Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order items, selecting a faster shipping option does not guarantee an earlier shipping date
Combined Shipping Discounts should be automatically applied by the system during checkout. If you encounter an error, please contact me before paying.
Return policy
None: All purchases finalCustom and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for changes, cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds, except as noted below.
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact me within 2 days of your order being delivered, so the problem can be resolved.
- If you receive a correct item that needs an adjustment to improve your experience (such as velvet choker that you’d prefer to be shorter), please contact me with the details. I am always happy to make adjustments that are possible. (Please save the shipping box/packaging.)
Miscellaneous details
Due to the nature of Custom and Made-to-Order items, more Communication may be necessary than for “off the shelf” purchases. Please check your messages regularly, and respond when necessary. (If you are submitting a picture/design for a custom-printed item, please remember that you will need to approve a “proof” (mock-up) before production can begin.
Due to the nature of HANDMADE, CUSTOM and MADE-TO-ORDER items (and some natural components), minor imperfections and slight variances are to be expected and accepted as part of the charm.
The “Fine Print” for custom printed items:
By submitting a photo, graphic, design, concept, etc. for use with my Custom Printed items, you agree (1) that you grant unlimited and free use of the image and/or concept to the Seller (please note that photos of your friends and family will NOT be sold to other Buyers without your express permission, BUT photos of the final product(s) may be used for advertising/sample purposes, and additional items not ordered by you may be created for use as samples and in advertising), (2) that any image you have provided is either personal in nature OR would be considered fair use/public domain, OR is copyrighted by you (and you will notify Seller of such copyright no later than payment).
