Shipping policy

Tracking is uploaded to ALL orders upon dispatch. It is up to you to track your parcel for delivery. All items are sent via Australia Post. Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering to assist in quick dispatch and to avoid delays.

If you parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address on your order, failure to pick up from the post office, failure to pay customs fees, or non collection, or just plain forgot there is a $15 for domestic or $22 AUD charge for return to sender postage cost. This will be deducted from your refund. There is also a 20% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
All parcels are sent out of Australia by Australia Post. Once is clears our customs it will find the next available flight and be on its happy way to you. When it clears your customs it will then be passed on to your local postal network delivery carrier to take over and deliver your parcel.

For example -
USA – USPS
UK – ROYAL MAIL
CANADA – CANADA POST

Simply put your tracking number into your postal carrier’s website for up to date delivery information. Again all international orders are subject to above conditions and there are return to sender charges should you not collect your parcel.

CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES – It is illegal for any seller to be involved with the collection of any fees in your country pertaining to buying internationally so all customs fees & taxes are the responsibility of you, the buyer. There are NO refunds should you refuse delivery and your parcel is returned to sender for any reason.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 30 days

Returns must arrive back in full resalable condition. Should your parcel arrived damaged in any way please submit photos of damage to enable it to be reported. A replacement will be sent out ASAP.
